It is the mission, duty and purpose of Southern California Veterans Coalition (SCVC) to address, educate, coordinate, and provide aid and relief to help ease the problems United States military veterans face in their daily lives. It is our duty to be available when we are capable to provide these veterans with a support system, who’s goal it is to assist the veteran in breaking the bonds of depression, isolation, PTSD and suicide. Most military veterans leave service with many psychological, physical and emotional problems. Our nations veterans have earned the right to live a full filling life and to receive the assistance and support they need in order to assimilate into the civilian population. They deserve the tools that will allow them to become an asset to society and their local communities.
It is Southern California Veterans Coalition’s intent to build a coalition of veteran advocacy and mental health organizations and non-profits. To include but not limited to mental-health, veteran benefits,Spouse and caretaker support, holistic medicine, recreational and family support professionals, in the name of providing a pipeline of resources and support our brother and sisters in arms.
